The warranty period for most of Bonlala's smart wearable products is six months. 

During the warranty period, you can enjoy services including, return, exchange and free accessories if the product has a performance failure that is not caused by human damage.

Tips:

1. Do not wear it for a long time and take it off when not in use, so that the skin can fully breathe and the watch can fully dissipate heat.

2. Don't wear it close to your skin, leave a little space, and clean your skin to remove sweat, dust and dirt, especially after sports and long time wearing.

3. Clean your smart watch and bracelet regularly, preferably with antibacterial tissue and alcohol cotton balls to ensure no bacterial residue on the device

4. What should I do if the strap is dirty? The strap made of silicone can be cleaned with vinegar and a small amount of detergent every other week.

5. Disconnect the watch from the charger before cleaning, do not wipe the watch screen directly with alcohol, and remember to dry the watch after cleaning to avoid damage to the watch caused by condensation of residual moisture inside the watch.
